Were already two games into the new EPL season and already the usual suspects are rising to the top with Man Utd, Man City and Chelsea unbeaten on six points, the surprise package so fare this season has to be Hull City who have six points in the bag already when many pundits thought they would struggle to surpass Derby's lowest ever seasons total of 11 points from the 2007/8 campaign. Tottenham v Liverpool

Spurs after a solid opening day draw away at Everton kicked off their home campaign last week against fellow Londoner's Crystal Palace and while they left it late after missing a host of chances they managed to take the three points with an 82nd minute goal from summer signing Victor Wanyama, Spurs were impressive going forward and once again look like they are going to be a team fighting for honours this season. Liverpool may well have already gave us a glimpse of what it to come this season in their opening two games after beating Arsenal away in a 4-3 thriller only to lose last week against newly promoted Burnley 2-0 on the road, we know that the Reds are capable on their day but as we saw last season they seem to put in poor performances in certain games they are expected to win. If both teams are on top of their game then this should be an entertaining game with both teams getting on the score sheet so I will plump for a draw.

Tip - Draw $3.40

Everton v Stoke

Everton have started the season well with a opening round draw at home to Spurs followed by a pleasing 2-1 win away at West Brom which saw the Toffee's come from behind to take the three points, Everton started slowly in the first half and conceded a goal within the first ten minutes but as the half went on they started playing the sort of football we have come to expect from new manager Ronald Koeman and on the stroke of half time Kevin Mirallas levelled the tie before Gareth Barry score the winner on the hour mark. Stoke are without a win from their first two fixtures after being held away by newly promoted Middlesbrough on the opening day while suffering their first loss of the season last week against Man City 4-1 in front of their home crowd. Stoke will be well aware that a good start is imperative if they are to have the same success as they did last season when they finished in 9th place so they will be looking to take something away from this game with a solid effort. Everton have yet to show what their new managerial team has instilled in them over the summer and this is the perfect opportunity to put their best foot forward.

Tip - Everton $1.73 Best Bet

Chelsea v Burnley

After a dominant display against the Hammers in round one Chelsea made it two wins from two outings last week when they came from behind to beat Watford 2-1 at Vicarage Road and once again they left it late with Diego Costa netting after 87 minutes to nick the three points. Although Chelsea have taken six points from their opening two games they are still to put in a performance that would indicate that last season was just an abnormality and normal service would resume this season. Burnley pulled off the shock of round two when they beat Liverpool 2-0 at home after suffering a 1-0 loss on the opening day against Swansea, Sean Dyche's newly promoted side will be more than aware that a good start to their season is imperative in their bid to avoid the drop and any points they can take away from potential top six teams are always a bonus and they would be happy with a draw here. Chelsea should continue their 100% record here but they still need to put in one of those performances that makes the rest sit up and take notice.

Tip - Chelsea $1.25

Watford v Arsenal

After a hard fought point against Southampton in round one Watford played host to Chelsea last week and although the went down 2-1 after a late Costa goal they will take some positives out of the game and they way they played for the majority of the match. More worrying for the Hornets will be their midweek loss at home in the EFL cup to Gillingham in which they were firm favourites to progress to the next round. Arsenal after losing their opening game to Liverpool had to go to the newly crowned champions last week and they earned a valuable point in a game that finished 0-0, Arsene Wenger made a raft of changes from their opening game in a bid to sure up their back line and midfield and the changes seemed to work with the Gunners keeping their first clean sheet of the season. It's games like these that will test Arsenals credentials this season as they have failed to take enough points over the last few seasons against the smaller clubs in a bid to regain the EPL crown. After two hard opening games this season I think the Gunners will see this as the perfect opportunity to get their first win of the season.

Tip - Arsenal $1.70

Leicester v Swansea

After suffering an unexpected loss on the opening day of the season away at Hull Leicester put their first point on the board last week when they fought out a 0-0 draw at home against Arsenal, the champions were a little unfortunate not to be awarded a penalty after having two shouts turned away by the referee. If Leicester are to have any chance of repeating their success last season these are the games they have to win especially at home. Swansea got this seasons campaign off to a good start with a 1-0 win away at newly promoted Burnley and they would have expected to make that two wins with their next game being a home tie against Hull but the Tigers once again defied the odds on the pitch with a 2-0 win condemning Swansea to their first defeat of the season. Leicester have yet to show the form that saw them delight their fans last year but this is a good opportunity for them to kick start this years campaign.

Tip - Leicester $1.75

Southampton v Sunderland

With a new manager at the helm and some of their stars from last year missing after being sold the Saints have made a poor start after only picking up one point from their opening two fixtures. A home draw against Watford was followed last week with a 2-0 defeat away against Man Utd and they really need to pick up their first win of the season here if they are to emulate last seasons lofty finishing position of 6th. Sunderland after losing Sam Allardyce before the opening game due to the vacant England managers role installed David Moyes to take the reigns for their opening game away at Man City and while they lost 2-1 they showed enough to suggest that they may well have improved over the close season but their round two class against old foe Middlesbrough ended in another defeat leaving the Black Cats without a point and in the bottom three. Southampton will see this as the perfect opportunity to pick up their first win of the season and are taken to do just that but this is one of those games that also screams a draw.

Tip - Southampton $1.60

Crystal Palace v Bournemouth

Crystal Palace are one of the three premier league teams yet to pick up a point this season after losing both of their opening games 1-0 to West Brom at home in round one and Spurs away last week, during the week the Eagles did however pick u their first win of the season when they beat Blackpool 2-0 in the EFL Cup and that will give them some confidence coming into this. Bournemouth have also yet to pick up a single point from their opening two matches after losing 3-1 at home to Man Utd in round one and then going down 1-0 against West Ham on the road last week. With both teams struggling to make an impact and only one goal scored between them in the first two weeks it may well be best to put your hard earned on a low scoring draw 0-0 or 1-1

Verdict - Draw $3.10

Hull v Man Utd

With no manager and only 13 senior players on the roster going into the first week of the season most pundits thought Hull would struggle to make any sort of impact this season but the Tigers have gritted their teeth and ground out two valuable wins in their opening two games giving them the confidence needed to possibly avoid the drop this year after being written off. Man Utd are another one of the teams that still hold a 100% record after two games and with new manager Jose Mourinho at the helm they will be looking at honours once again this season. Already Man Utd's new signing Ibrahimovic is showing the fans why they paid the money for the 34 year old Swede with three goals in his first two games and with Pogba making his debut in round two the Red Devils look set for a stella season. Jose is renowned for being a master tactician and this is the sort of game that sets him apart from others and he will no doubt have his team set out to take another three points here.

Verdict - Man Utd $1.50

West Brom v Middlesbrough

After a solid opening days win away at Selhurst Park West Brom entertained Everton last week at home and suffered a 2-1 defeat after taking the lead inside the first ten minutes. Although the Baggies will be a little annoyed with the home loss they would have probably taken three points from their first two games but they would be focusing on this game as a win with against a newly promoted club. Middlesbrough have started their campaign well after gaining promotion from the Championship last season with a win and a draw from their first two fixtures and what will make it the more sweet is the fact that they can away with the points last week against arch rivals Sunderland. If they can take another point here with a solid defensive effort they will be more than happy I'm sure. Two evenly matched teams on paper so I think a draw may well be the likely outcome.

Verdict - Draw $3.00

Man City v West Ham

Man City go into their third game of the season having won their previous two encounters against Sunderland and Stoke respectively, Pep Guardiola's side are already showing that last seasons lowly fourth place finish will probably be a blip on the radar come the end of the season and with improvement surely to come they may well have the others already worried. West Ham come into this win one win and one loss and on reflection of the two performances against Chelsea and Bournemouth that is probably a fair standing. With Man City and Chelsea being the Hammers first two ports of call on the road this season they would be more than happy if they could take any points from those two fixtures so a draw here would see them leave happy. City are scoring for fun already with four last week away against Stoke and they put five past Steaua Bucharest on their travels in the Champions League qualifier on the 17th so expect a home win here.

Verdict - Man City $1.30
